WHAT IS A CHAKRA?
A Chakra is an energy centre, and it is a Sanskrit word, meaning “wheel or vortex”. They are wheels of energy that run through the physical and non-physical body known as the auric field.
Our aura is primarily made up of 7 layers, (although there are more that can be worked with as your progress through your spiritual journey. The 1st auric field is the physical body which we all can see, the others are in the etheric fields and comprise of 2 emotional layers, 2 mental layers and 2 spiritual layers.
The reason to mention the auric layers is acts as a protective shield for the physical body and the chakras and assists in our body’s physical functions and a gauge for our emotions.
Each chakra when aligned will have the balance of male /female Yin/Yang energy running through them. Sometimes referred to as the Kundalini Connection or Tantra and one very easy way to check on your own Chakra Centres is to place your tongue on the top of the roof of your mouth and turn your head to the right three times slowly and gently. This opens the Heart Centre and connects through our own Chakra Column through the physical body and then up and out to Spirit where spirit can then communicate with your body your emotions and your mind. Equally you can use a pendulum to work through the Chakras to check how each one is functioning.
“The Soul isa believed to be your timeless light, incarnated through many lifetimes, and is believed to live in Chakra 8”.
In total contrast, the spirit which is essentially. YOU are believed to reside in your aura. Hence the strong need to CLEAR your auric field before you Ground and Protect your own energy.
Chakras can become weak and tired and get blocked and equally they can energetically become too open and seep too much energy. This will leave us tired and drained on all layers of the physical emotional and mental body.
A chakra should be a round wheel or vortex however they can become like an ellipse/ oval pulling more to the right or left this again will indicate and show up in the body itself, or indeed the mind.
THE MAIN REASON IT IS THOUGHT THAT A CHAKRA BECOMES OUT OF BALANCE IS EMOTIONAL DISTRESS WHICH CAN SHOCK THEM OPEN OR LITERALLY CAUSE THEM TO SHRINK AND CLOSE DOWN.
THE MAIN CHAKRAS THAT PEOPLE ARE AWRE OF ARE THE 7 CHAKRAS AND THESE ARE CLASSED AS 3RD DIMENSIONAL.
They are as follows,
Root/ Base/Red Chakra/Mull Adhara (Mulla – ROOT – ADARA – BASE) Connects us to the earth. Works with Adrenals, Spine, kidneys, legs, bones, feet, rectum, immune system and teeth. It is located at the base of the spine.
There are 4 petals associated with the root chakra, its sound frequency is C and the tone it works in is E
The chanting sound to accompany this root is LAM and the colour is Red. The things that will show up if this is out of balance are Fear, Trust and Security, the most wonderful affirmation to share is I TRUST, I AM, I LOVE LIFE AND LIFE LOVES ME BACK”.

We can discuss further the 4 petals of the Root Chakra MANAS (THE MIND), BUDDHI (OUR INTELLECT), CHITTA (LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS) and AHAMKARA (THE EGO) these are all seated here.
SACRAL CHAKRA, THE SECOND CHAKRA, SEXUAL CHAKRA, SVADISHTHANA (SVA IS SELF , SHTHANA IS PLACE, THIS IS THE SENSE OF ONES OWN SELF.) THIS CHAKRA IS THE HARDEST OF ALL TO CLEAR.
It relates to water.
Works with Ovaries, Testes and the reproductive system and is found a couple of inches below the NAVAL chakra over our pelvis.
The number of petals is 6 with this chakra – so imagine so imagine 2 concentric circles with a crescent moon.
The Sound associated with this Chakra is Note D .
Chanting Sound is YAM
Colour primarily associated with the Sacral is ORANGE.
Affirmation is I FEEL.
Sacral connects to our sexuality and our creativity.
PHYSIAL SIGNS OF IMBALANCE – Issues in the pelvic area and reproductive system, spleen, kidneys, anaemia, low blood sugar, lower back pain, PMT and Low energy.
THIS CHAKRA UNLIKE THE ROOT IS FULLY OPENED BY THE AGE OF 2 WHEREAS THE ROOT IT IS AGE 7.
Ways to support this Chakra and ensure it remains open – yoga, Pilates, dancing that moves the hips, Tantra, Creative Arts, Drawing , Painting , Writing, and allowing yourself to ENJOY life more.
NAVAL CHAKRA – This came in in 2012 when the last physical shift of Mother Earth occurred and is the chakra that connects us to every LIVING SENTIENT being in this world, in every direction of time , space, multidimensional and universal energy.
It is essential that this Chakra has a protective shield around it, I visualise a blue rose here, and always ask for Holy Amethyst to place a transparent layer over this chakra for protection. This is the Chakra that can easily absorb other energy and this will then affect you by feelings of agitation, bloating and swelling, or we can swing the opposite and lose all appetite. When we sleep and our spirit goes off into the ethers if we have not cleared, grounded and protected ourselves we can connect with all manner of energies which can affect us on every level. This chakra heightened any Empaths empathetic emotions. This Chakra realates to ALL elements.
SOLAR PLEXUS, CHAKRA 4, THE YELLOW CHAKRA OR MANIPURA.
Element this relates to is Fire.
Glands relates to Pancreas and Adrenals.
Located between the Naval and the Solar Plexus.
It has 10 petals
The sound associated with this Chakra is E, AOM and Amen.
The Chanting Sound is RAM
Colour is yellow.
Affirmation is I CAN ….
Wisdom is brought forth and power as this is the place of our physical intuition our internal brain referred to as our gut instinct.
WAYS THAT THE SOLAR PLEXUS SHOWS US IMBALANCE ARE, In the digestive system – this Chakra is known as the seat of the digestive system, the fire element will fuel Agni and allow metabolism to take place. You can get hernias, heart burn, IBS, Crohns Disease, Indigestion, stomach ulcers, intestinal tumours, pancreatitis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, adrenal imbalance, colon disease and arthritis.
THIS CHAKRA IS ALL ABOUT EMOTIONS AND FEELINGS , THERE OFTEN IS NO RHYME OR REASON WHEN YOU LISTEN TO YOUR GUT . IT IS ALL ABOUT TRUST HOW WE TRUST OURSE3LVES.
This chakra will start to develop when a child is 4/5 years old when they have an understanding of their actions and realise there are consequences to behaviour in life. The organ this relates the Liver – which is also emotional centre organ.

THE NEXT CHAKRA IS THE HEART CHAKRA.

HEART CHAKRA relates to the heart and this Chakra initially has 12 chakras however as you ascend this when you reach full alignment is open at the 33 petals of Christ Consciousness – as above so below anchoring everything through the Heart. This must be balanced in the masculine and feminine of each 4 chambers of the heart in each aspect of Love. Agapae, Eros, Storge and Philia. When this happens the Diamond.
in the Centre of your Heart expands the auric field into the toroidal waves.
The Sound it works with, and Tone is the note of F, its tone is AH relating to AMEN.
The Chanting Sound is YAM
The Colours are Pink and Green.

The Wisdom this Chara brings forth is Love and Healing. Love in ALL FORMS.
SIGNS THIS CHAKRA IS OUT OF BALANCE, Problems with the following whether physical or emotional, Heart, Lungs, Chest, Breast, Arms., Upper Back, Shoulders, The Vagus Nerve and the Circulatory System. Eg, Issues with the Heart, Asthma, Allergies, Other Respiratory issues and High Blood Pressure.
THE HEART IS LINKED TO LOVE, JOY, COMPASSION, GENORISTY AND THROUGH THE HIGHER CHAKRAS IN THE 4TH DIMENSION AND ABOVE RELATES TO CONNECTING TO ONENESS – WHERE WE ARE ALL EQUL AND ENERGETICALLY SIT IN NO PLACE OR FORM OF ANY EGO.
There is SO MUCH that can be said and discussed regarding this our Internal navigation chakra to connect to Mother Father God above. Source Energy, also known as The Universe.

CHAKRA 22 IS WHERE WE CONNECT TO THE SERIPHIM ANGELS, ELOHIM, ARCHANGELS, AND ALL OTHER ANGELS WITHIN THIS DIMESNIONAL SPACE.
